There are two options when baking the balls used for cake pops. Most people bake a cake, let it cool, crumble it, and then roll it up into small individual balls. Either way, you should have enough cake pops to decorate to keep you (or your kids) entertained for a while.

Once you have cooled the balls in the fridge, it’s time to decorate them! Wilton has a few options here; the most popular being cocoa and white chocolate.
